The hotel is located at Sukhumvit, close to the Metro station making the commute to most of the tourist attractions easier. Rooms were impeccable, spacious with well-maintained facilities.. Our room had a magnificent view of the city skyline. The front desk staff were courteous and very helpful Breakfast was delicious with various options. Strongly recommend this hotel for your stay!!

Amazing hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. Lovely experience and wonderful stay. Rooms are neat and clean with good view of the city. Best location for stay in Bangkok, good food. Proper Hygiene maintained. Highly recommended if visiting Bangkok.

I just got here today. Most whole building is so hot and they only give ONE key, which you have to take it out when you leave the room. And everything including AC shuts down while you are outside. I asked to give us two keys but they said just leave the key inside and whenever you come in ask them to open the door, which I don’t understand why it has to be this difficult. Better not to stay here.

We were put in this hotel as part of a package deal with Cruise First. To be honest, given a choice, I wouldn't have picked it. Its location is ok. 10 min walk to the Skytrain "Asok" station. That runs above the main road for all the shopping centres. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of attention in some areas. We upgraded our room (£50 ish for 2 nights)to get an earlier check in. Though the mini suite is ok it's badly set out and peeling paint on the ceiling doesn't make the room seem any better. The noisy aircon fights a losing battle against the heat too. Wifi is great but only works in the room. It'd be great if the hotel supplied an area map showing local points of interest to help when walking around. It's not a bad hotel it just needs the management to put some investment into it. However the staff are friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their faces.

Nothing works in this place, had to change rooms 3 time and still not hot water, wifi did not work. Airco blew hot air. Band maintenance. Would not stay again. We stayed 6 nights. Breakfast is oke, Lots of choices and the pool is very nice.
